01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ads13 platform ("Site" or "Service"). By accessing ads13 through the website, mobile application, or any digital channel, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

ads13 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on the site. Continuing to use the service after publication means the new Terms have been accepted. Please check this page regularly.

If any part of these Terms is unclear or if you have any questions, contact the ads13 support team before using the service. The support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, in both Bengali and English.

02 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

Each person is allowed to hold one active account on ads13. If the same person opens more than one account, ads13 has the right to close all accounts and cancel all balances. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of registration.

The mobile number and identity document provided at registration will be used for subsequent verification. Providing incorrect information will make it impossible to verify the account and may result in withdrawals being blocked.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. The account must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify the ads13 support team. The account holder is responsible for any activity carried out through their account by others.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ads13 may request identity verification from a member at any stage. A national identity card, passport, or government-recognised document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

03 Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to register on ads13 and to play any betting or casino games is 21 years. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By opening an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

Providing false information during age verification will result in the account being cancelled and any funds held being forfeited. ads13 may request proof of age at any time.

• Bangladeshi nationals or individuals lawfully residing in Bangladesh may register.
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Employees of ads13 and their family members may not use this service.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ads13 accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. Every deposit is processed through secure encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered on the account. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.3 Balance and Transactions

The full transaction history is stored in the account dashboard. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, notify the support team within 24 hours. Reporting issues late may make them harder to resolve.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on ads13 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly reload, cricket festival bonus, Friday slots special, birthday reward, and refer-a-friend bonus — each promotion has its own wagering requirements. Each offer must be claimed within a specified time period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other means will result in the accounts being closed and all bonuses and winnings being cancelled. Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the promotion's requirements will result in the same action.

06 Gaming Rules

The ads13 platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads. Members agree to those rules by playing the game.

• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, ads13 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the stake.
• Any unexpected winnings displayed as a result of a software error or system failure will not be considered valid.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results (using bots, scripts, etc.) is an offence that can result in account cancellation.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate varies between games. The RTP figure is a long-term theoretical rate and does not guarantee a return in any specific session.
• In sports betting, the outcome of a bet is determined after the match ends. In the case of disputed results, the official score is considered final.

07 Responsible Gaming

ads13 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage members to play in a healthy and controlled manner. If a member feels their gaming habits are becoming problematic, please see our responsible gaming guidelines and contact us for support.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account. If needed, a member may request voluntary self-exclusion for a set period of time. Contact the support team to use this feature.

Please remember — all casino and betting activities are for those aged 21 and above only.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ads13 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

1. False or misleading information was provided at registration.
2. Multiple accounts are being operated.
3. Bonus abuse or fraud-related activity is detected.
4. An attempt is made to cheat in a game or gain an unfair advantage.
5. Notice of the account holder's death is received.
6. By order of a court or authority.

Any valid balance will be returned before an account is closed; however, in cases of bonus-related terms violations, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Withdraw all funds before requesting account closure.

09 Intellectual Property

The ads13 website, mobile app, logo, graphics, software, and all content are the intellectual property of ads13. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission from ads13 is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised use of such content is punishable under the applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

ads13 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, ads13 will not be directly liable if the service is disrupted due to server downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party provider failure, or any other technical problem.

• ads13 cannot be held liable for bets lost or opportunities missed due to unexpected technical errors.
• ads13 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• ads13 is not liable for any loss caused by issues with a member's own device or network.

11 Privacy

Detailed guidelines on how members' personal data is collected, stored, and used are set out in the ads13 Privacy Policy. By using the service, you are considered to have accepted that Privacy Policy.

ads13 does not sell member data to any third party. However, information may be shared with the relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact the ads13 support team first. The support team will review the issue and try to provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

If a member considers the support team's resolution insufficient, a formal complaint may be filed. All complaints must be submitted in writing by email. ads13's decision on a complaint will be considered final.
